All it took was someone to light a little fire under my ass to make me want to bring you guys a better blog and an easier way to enjoy the music that I love and hold dear to my heart.  I dedicate hours of my time to bringing out what I feel is some of the best music in the world.  This blog is my heart, my soul, this “music is my boyfriend”(To quote CSS from Brazil).  I will continue to devote hours to bring you sweet sounds for all your pretty ears.

As you seen yesterday, I now have a Spotify account dedicated strictly to Swedes are Sweet.  The playlists are divided into each month.  I also realized not everyone has access to Spotify and you have to sign up to listen.  So I have created a Souncloud account that will have playlists for you to access without having to sign up for their website.  The playlists are not completed yet, but I will have them done soon. Time for a new song from Kleerup. It’s been awhile since his last release but now he’s back with some dancey awesomeness to fill your ears and move your feet. Thanks to my awesome Brother for giving me the heads up, I am able to bring to you another dancey pop song for your Friday morning. The song features the amazing beautiful vocals of Norway’s Susanne Sundfør. Let’s start the weekend right by turning this up and dancing!

Throwback Thursday – Teddybears

It was hard trying to figure out what to post as my Throwback Thursday week, but after throwing a few songs my friends way. I decided on the Teddybears. Reason being, their music just makes you feel good and makes you want to dance. What I enjoy about them is that most of their music is electronic but they also throw some different stuff in to throw you off. They master various genres such as electronic, pop, rock and even reggae. Since they cover so many genres, it was hard picking just one song. You can also hear them in some movie soundtracks. Here are a few.

Goat – Words

Yay!!!!! A new Goat Song.  I am so excited this is finally available for me to listen to on U.S. soil.  I was so bummed the other day when they announced its release and Spotify denied my ears the of this awesomeness.  Goat is probably my favorite psych rock by far!  Still really bummed that I missed them play because of being sick.  Goat please come baaaaahhhhhckk! (I hope you guys got my joke there).  I will now go dance around my office like a banshee!

Linnea Olsson – Breaking and Shaking

I love the cello and I also love Linnea Olsson.  I’ll have to wait to feature a song with her cello playing another time.  Her recently released video for her song “Breaking and Shaking” is a pop spectacular.   In this song she incorporates guitar and  drums rather than the use of her cello.  Her sweet vocals and the percussion beat make me want to get up dance shake and clap like Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel Air.  This song is magnificent.
